“I ordered this sermon for my son for Christmas. Not only did it arrived AFTER Christmas, but the top of the de after was broken.
When I emailed regarding this damage, I got an email back saying they didn't have that decanter & had no idea when they would have it. But, I could get a partial refund. I ordered & paid in good faith. Due to no fault of mine, I only get a partial refund? Please explain”
