“This bird feeder came with a pole. Since we have super heavy duty winds for much of the winter, we decided to mount it on our metal fence. The pole would have bent over, otherwise, especially if filled up. It stands up to the big winds, and the birds really love it. It is also easy to fill, and we need to fill it every other day. A nice looking feeder, with plenty of sticks for many birds to stand on and eat.”

“, I have every size and type of squirrel imaginable. This is the only feeder that has kept them out. This feeder has survived several attacks by squirls. I've had to replace poles (a lot) because the bears snap them off, but the feeder itself has remained in tact. The plastic part has teeth mark holes from the bears. I've duct taped over the holes and it's still feeding happy birds, although I've now mounted it on a cedar post and applied grease to the bottom to skid off the squirrels. I am super impressed with this feeder!”
