“Instructions are aweful they show a different inside wall mount than the mounts that are included. I went to utube and the same thing a woman easily installing shades but nothing like the shades your trying to install and that just the first hurdle. The chain pull balls were in the middle of the length of the roll down or up so the shade would only close half way, eventually I figured out that I had to get the chain balls to the top of the blind and then it fully opened and closed. Once I got these issue figured out all was good.”
