I ordered 5 roller blinds. Three of them came in the wrong size and had to be redone. Of the five, two lost the ability to retract almost instantly, and now I have to hand roll them in order to open the blinds. Two of the three other blinds are not cut well, so they aren't level. They were cheap, and I got what I paid for.

I ordered ash, it's nice color. However, surprised that the back is white, not ash. I'm confused - is white for the back the norm for sonar shades?

Hi James, yes, we state in the product specifications that the back of the shade is white. White is the color of the material used to make the shade blackout.

One of the blinds came set up for the chain to be on the other side than I ordered, and one of the brackets came without all the screw holes it was supposed to have, but they were just the right size and they don't stink like my old vinyl blinds did, so I am happy with the purchase on the whole.
