“I was looking for a new desk with a lot more surface area up top that I could also adjust freely. So this desk was a good fit for me.
Assembly was tricky due to the sheer size of the desk I got, so I'd say working with another person is necessary in order to ensure the desk can be flipped over properly.
When the desk was built, it was very sturdy. The electric motor works very well and without issue so far, and everything on the desk stays in place when I raise it up and down without issues. The horizontal box that I got for wire management is also really convenient and recommended. Overall it's a great desk that is worth the price.”
“The desk is awesome, and it looks even better! It is very stable even at its highest setting. The only issue I had was while putting it together, the predrilled holes for the leg on the return side didn't line up for where they should have been, they were over 3 inches off. Other than that, I love the desk.

“I've been using this desk for 9 months and am very happy with it. The motors have been reliable, the surface is sturdy, and the overall aesthetic is beautiful.
A few gripes: The 24"-depth surface is a little narrower than I'd like, which places my monitors uncomfortably close. I think the next step up was 30" "” I would've liked a 27" option. The desk is also incredibly heavy, so consider getting the wheels. Flipping it over after assembly was a 2-person job.
If it ever gets unplugged or loses power, it had to drop to the lowest height before it can rise again. This became a major problem when the extra cable box I attached got crunched between the desk surface and one of the bracing bars, tilting the desk surface at a dangerous angle. I had to detach the box and yank it out so the desk could drop all the way. Make sure nothing's between the desk surface and the braces!
Aside from those minor gripes, I've been incredibly happy with this desk. Sit/stand desks are the way to go, and this is worth the price paid. Plan out your workspace and make sure you order all the right accessories!”
“Pros:
- First off, a lifetime warranty on every single part of this desk is incredible and unheard of, even for the desks that are twice this much, not to mention that this is made 100% in the USA. Couldn't find another desk that even came close to this.
- The desk itself is of amazing quality. The table top looks and feels like high quality wood, 1" thick and very heavy. The noise is quiet and has no real noticeable wobble in everyday use when at the highest settings. This desk is worth the price. A lot of times you get things that are needed to put together and when you are looking at the metal quality of the screws and parts that you can almost immediately know that the product was either made or not made in the USA and the quality of the screws and metal parts feel and look like they are made in the USA (this is made in the USA).
- The instructional video is a huge help when trying to follow the directions. You could almost just use one or the other but I used both together, which was a huge help.
- I was missing a U-Channel piece and customer service was able to fix it and send me a new one within a week. The representative helping me was giving me frequent updates and replied very quickly, within an hour of my first email. Very impressed.
Cons:
- Even though each box has a bright yellow sticker saying to not accept if any form of damage is noticed to the boxes, mine were just left in front of my house with very obvious and noticeable damage to several of the boxes. Luckily the contents were packed nicely and undamaged.
- The instructions aren't detailed for a specific kind of desk so it go confusing when trying to decide where some things go. The parts have no sizing so you don't know if things are the same size or different. The video for this desk is only 20 minutes long but it took me several hours to put together while pausing the video multiple times. The video seems to put together a L-shaped desk with the same sizes on the end and struggles with using descriptive words about the desk or any help in explaining other sizes of the desks. It is great if you have put one together already. I have a side that is longer than the other and when putting the crossbars on, one of the legs didn't line up with pre-drilled holes and I ended up having to drill them myself. It would be nice if the video also talked about any common issues and troubleshooting as they are putting it together. If I had every item to begin with and all the pre-drilled holes where done, maybe I would have finished faster.
- Also, a big one that really disappointed, shocked and really annoyed me was that the height controls, that operate the desk, have no form of child lock for any version. I got the upgraded one with four memory slots and a display thinking it would like all the other desks of this price range and higher have. A simple long press of the up & down buttons together for like 3 seconds would have been amazing and would have completed the operation. I hope they offer this as a free upgrade in the future. As of right now, I can't move my desk in front of my kids, especially my 2 year old, or it's going to be constantly played with.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Even though the instructions have their flaws, they are still way better than 99% of the instructions that are sent out with everything else. Besides the child lock on the controls, the only thing I wish this had was shelf that could be installed under the desk in the back corner of the L-desk, above the crossbars to put something like a console or even a PC. Other than that, this desk looks and feels like it could be worth more than you paid. After watching their review videos of other desks, other people's reviews of this and other desks, I have never once thought about returning this. The look, the feel, the lifetime warranty that covers everything and more makes this desk feel like it's being sold on clearance or Black Friday.”
