The gentleman I spoke to was completely knowledgeable about the product, didn't have to transfer me or ask someone else, answered all of my questions and was even able to make a change on their website right while I was on the call to accommodate my customization of the desk. The product arrived on time and it was as fast or maybe even faster then I would expect to get a non-customized desk. It arrived in mint condition, not one scratch or ding from the shipping. Lastly, assembly was clear, easy, and took little time. The desk is exactly what I envisioned and wanted, exactly how I ordered it.
