This is my third desk. It is a solid, well built desk. Have not had any issues this time with my purchase. Last time, parts were lost in transit and it took a while to get it sorted out. This time the shipment came complete. Pleased with the size of the desk.

I looked at a lot of reviews on a lot of different manufacturers and set-ups. VertDesk V3 was by far the best of all and they were not wrong. The fit and finish is very good. The stability is great! The motorized lift is pretty smooth and the safety features built in work well. The BTOD customer service was awesome when I ordered. I called to ensure everything went through since I used a company CC and info did not match my own. I will say, that if you do the corner version, you will definitely need a second person to assist in turning it over. I am about three weeks into using it and I would absolutely recommend to friends and colleagues.

I didn't realize how much I was moving during the day until I retired from an on-campus job to teaching online. No printer walks, no meetings in the conference room, no walking to other buildings; just my home office and sitting at the desk for hours on end. I've had my VertDesk for a month now and I - Love - It. I spend at least 30 minutes standing for every hour I'm sitting and have noticed that it tends to be more as I continue to use it. Researched standing desks for a long time and at this point I truly feel I made the right decision. The VertDesk is rock solid, moves smoothly and I am confident that IF any problems arise BTOD will be as responsive as they have been up to now. Glad I went with the L shape model; keeps my entire work surface at the same level no matter what height I have it set at. Be warned, with the L desk you'll need two helpers to get it on its feet once you've assembled it.

Couldn't be happier with it. Doesn't wobble at all, even fully extended. Quieter than I expected. Only thing i could gripe about was I ended up having to drill a couple pilot holes myself, but it wasn't a big issue: the leftmost leg had the pilot holes about half an inch too far out, and the holes for the buttons didn't line up.

This is a follow-up review from my prior comments written a couple weeks back. After that posting, BTOD quickly re-engaged with me regarding the issues my desk was having with the programmable controller. After several back and forths, I'm pleased to report the controller is working super swell now. Apparently, the auto-stop safety feature need to be modified to a less sensitive setting. All is well that ends well.

I've done quite an extensive search and kept stumbling on Chinese made tables that were not of the same quality nor caliber. In any case, I love this table, I'll get around to posting some pictures of my setup once I clean it up ;) In any case, one of the deserving of the 5th star is their customer service. I had a minor nick on the table and brought it to their customer support attention and they took care of the whole process. Highly recommend if you're searching for a 'forever' investment.
