“The black laminate is not wood grained as indicated in the Laminate Close-Ups, it is a smooth semi-gloss solid black and will show finger prints. Desk mat recommended. The build quality is excellent, commercial grade furniture. Smooth lift operation, stable at lift height. The desk tops are packaged very well, but despite that, the carrier will endeavor to destroy it. My large desktop packaging had gouges going through three layers of cardboard down to the laminate surface, but luckily the laminate is tough and had no visible marks.”
“It was a lot of hard work to assemble and flip over. It is beautiful, works great. The customizable options are awesome. The sales team was very responsive to confirm measurements and choices to make sure they would fit. While the boxes had some damage from shipping they double pack everything so nothing was wrong with the desk. I would highly recommend you watch their assembly videos. They will give you a great overview on the steps needed.”
