The chair is exceedingly adjustable, the seat cushion is great, and I can use it for long hours with about as much comfort as I'd expect for sitting down that long. I highly recommend this chair and in my opinion it is priced well for what it is.
My only caution about this chair and BTOD's other Steelcase refurbished chairs is in relation to the customization options. I recommend choosing "Used Grade A Steelcase Cylinder and Arm Pads" for the "greener option." The 3rd party arm pads are very stiff and they were not pleasant for me to use. The grade A used arm pads I kept with my Lamia are squishy and don't dig into my forearms. Additionally, if you're looking for upgraded wheels, you can find high quality rollerblade wheels elsewhere for cheaper than what BTOD offers, and installation is trivial. I went that route and haven't regretted it. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more from an office chair.”
