“Chair causing me significant gluteal pain and lower back pain to the point that I can't sit in it anymore and haven't sat in it for the past 2 weeks. Would have returned it within the 30 day window but wasn't sitting in it for prolonged periods causing the gluteal pain during the 30 day window.
Also had to adjust the tension/strength of the chair which was not an easy process "” but support from BTOD was great and very patient with me and all my numerous questions.”
