The chair's lumbar support truly stands out, contouring to the curvature of my spine. I've found that after many hours of continuous use, I didn't have the usual aches and discomfort I used to experience with my previous chairs. As for the seat cushion, it offers a delicate balance of softness and firmness, catering perfectly to the needs of our often-overlooked buttocks.
However, there's a small wrinkle in this otherwise almost perfect chair "“ the creakiness. At times, especially during the initial few days of use, every twist and turn was accompanied by a minor orchestra of creaks. While this might not be a deal-breaker for many (especially given the chair's outstanding comfort level), it's worth noting if you're someone who gets easily distracted by such sounds or if you're working in a quiet environment.”
“This is a super solid chair. The arms are probably my favorite part with how adjustable they are. The seat pan is super comfortable, but just a little small for my liking. The back rest is also amazingly comfortable, but the lumbar support is not great. If the backrest fits your back then I'd take out the lumbar support piece. However, if it doesn't fit your back just right then the lumbar support is necessary, as I was getting some lower back pain without it. I just wish the lumbar support was a little more than just a hard plastic piece that moves up and down.”
