“Acoustics are good. Easy to use and love the option to turn it off and still use without amplification. Only downside is it’s heaviness with constantly slips off my neck. I wear my stethoscope around my neck constantly so I don’t forget it anywhere. The core makes the head heavier which means I’m adjusting it a lot to keep it from slipping. Overall, I’m more confident in my auscultation of murmurs and lung sounds. So I’d say it’s still worth it.”

“Sorry, I am not impressed with the unit. The connectivity with phone app is good for educational purposes. However, Noise cancellation is extremely poor. Not pleased.”

“I am a 66 year old internist, I figure im about 3 years from needing hearing aids. This product was just what I needed It us excellent for hearing carotid bruits and abdominal and iliac Bruits. I attached it to my Littman cardiac stethoscope and it took Only 5 minutes to assemble. With turning it on and off with each patient It lasted the entire week. I would recommend this to anyone with mild hearing decline. Thanks for a great product.”

“I bought the CORE digital attachment with my Littman Classic III and so far I'm loving it. It helps me hear clearly. The device doesn't only enhance the heart/breath (or whatever you're listening to) sounds; it also catches the sound of the rubbing of the tubes (?). I haven't used much of the EKG app since it doesn't give me a clear read, or rather I'm mostly noticing artifacts with it. But overall, for my intended use, I would recommend it.”

“I am an audiologist and ordered the EKO Core amplifying attachment for a patient of mine who is a nurse to try.
