“I was hesitant to spend so much on a stethoscope attachment, but I had trouble hearing certain heart sounds like murmurs. I wasn't sure if it would fit my Littmann Classic III, but it did! The sound quality improved dramatically. I love it because I can hear everything clearly now. I haven't used the app yet, so I can't comment on that. My main goal was to amplify my stethoscope's volume, and it perfectly achieves that.”

“Works better than expected and should be standard for all those who practice. Only suggestion is to switch to USB-C for charging port to align with all other current devices. Mag charging would be even better. Other than that, recommend for everyone!!!”

“I use this device on almost every call I run. The amplification is great when I am trying to hear breath sounds or heart tones on the back of a noisy ambulance. I have only one criticism of the device, and that is you need to change the charging port to a USB-C port instead of a micro-USB port. This would standardize the electronics much more across all other industry.”

“More than a decade ago, I bought a cardiology iii Littmann. I have been using my original echo stethoscope as a teaching tool so I decided to convert this old stethoscope with the attachment. The results were fabulous. I get excellent resolution of split heart sounds. It is very clear. I recommend this attachment for your old Littmann without reservation.”

“Could not be happier with this amplifier. Helped me to recognize patient was in irregular heart rhythm while taking her blood pressure. Upon further assessment patient had reverted to atrial fibrillation and needed hospitalization.”
