“I compare this to a pair of speakers. It does the job of amplifying but the quality is average. I’m sure one day there will be crisp audio like a JBL speaker but right now it’s just a regular mass produced speaker. The item itself feels cheaply made and would not be surprised if it broke. The on off button is designed like a drill which would not be my first recommendation. And the volume buttons do not click well. I need this because I can’t hear and it does the job but otherwise I’m not raving about this product. There are so many ways in which this product can be an actually nice and well thought out item with quality parts.”

“I’m really still learning my new Eko device but thus far my biggest satisfaction is the hearing quality it provides. P.S. Need to make Eko attachments in colors”

“I have new pair of Jabra enhance 200 hearing aids. Eko connects in Bluetooth on my iPhone 13 Pro. The hearing aids connect via Bluetooth and hearing devices. Only sound is from the phone speakers. Not useful and if it doesn't send sounds to the hearing aids it will be returned.”
