I love the core attachment, the sound is amazing! Mine came with free engraving (can't see at AT ALL) and was supposed to come with a free case (did not). That was a little disappointing.

Absolutely love it! I was worried about having to get a new stethoscope but with this I can use my current one! Best thing I've done! I have some hearing loss and with this addition I can here breath sounds and heart sounds so much better! Thank you so much for making this!

I have the original Eko and the duo but opted for the new core for the tubeless/wireless convenience. As a veterinarian I are challenged by extraneous background noise and having the flexibility of using noise cancelling wireless headphones had been a welcome change. Having the added value of a phonocardiogram Has been insightful. My only disappointment is the devices tendency to over modulate. This is a problem with all of their devices but by decreasing the pressure or volume it can be mitigated to a large extent.

The digital attachment works with my pitman stethoscope and it works great. I am able to hear my patients much clearer.

I am a brand new nurse, and I have had trouble even through school with lung sounds. I was so nervous I wouldn’t catch something because I couldn’t hear it. This amazing piece of equipment the Eko core is absolutely amazing! I am so confident now in my assessment skills of lung and heart sounds. I love it and I 100% recommend it!

It doesn’t all Littmann stethoscopes. I used the adapter for it to fit. Other than that, it’s been great to hear heart and lungs over my tinnitus. But, It also makes increases artifact volume

Overall it is a helpful device for detecting subtle changes in heart sounds, besides murmurs, e.g. S4. However, I find that the device sometimes hums whenthe volume is loudest....an electrical artifact, I presume...which is a serious distraction and was completely unexpected. It doesn't do that every time I use it. But it's an important flaw if you happen to be unlucky enough to buy one of these that does that. Most disappointing for me personally is that the phone app advertised for Android phones won't install on my LG phone the G5 which was LG's flagship phone..the .company's best phone when I bought it. The phone is 5 yrs old. I have installed the Eko Windows app onto my Windows 10 computer but that version is not supported by Eko and no evaluation about the sound tracings can be obtained, e.g. murmur, atrial fib, other arrhythmias, unlike what is available with the phone app. I was very disappointed with Eko's lack of support for the use of computers to collect and store the original data from the Core and Eko's assessment of the data for each patient's heart sound tracing, which the phone app can do. Overall, I am able to appreciate some sounds I might have missed with my standard stethoscope. But the presence of an intermittent hum when listening to a patient is distracting and in my opinion, even though intermittent, is a serious flaw. I wish Eko would replace the device. I had it engraved ( a BIG mistake, don't do it. See below.) so I am not sure it is returnable even though it sometimes hums and interferes with my assessment of my patient's heart and lungs sounds.
