“In concept, the premise of Eko as a device is a good one, remote auscultation capacity, while limiting equipment contact with patients. However, with my current S20 and Galaxy Live ear buds, I can barely hear a thing, even with noise cancelation and the volumes of phone and ear buds at max. I was excited to try this instrument, but unfortunately will not work for me.”

“I purchased the CORE EKO to try with a bluetooth connection directly with my Oticon hearing aids. I had excellent support from the team at CORE. Unfortunately, the sound transmission to my hearing aids was not good enough for clinical use. I have now attached it to my stethoscope and am very happy with the outcome.”

“I love my Master II but being a bit deaf from loud bangs in the army left me struggling with nuanced heart sounds so I decided to give the Core a go. The sound quality is brilliant. The battery life is good - I get about a week. I would really love to see a firmware update where the filter can be toggled from wide, heart and lung by a double tap of the record button rather than fumbling with ones phone.”

“This tiny devise has improved my lung sounds assessments exponentially when compared to our disposable Covid stethoscopes!!!! The Eko attaches with ease to my cardiac bell and fits into a glove. It pairs with my EarPods and iPhone. The docs in my unit have given it a test run (multiple runs) and 2 of them have already purchased theirs! Best early Birthday present to myself!”
