“The attachment works pretty well. I have had the Littman 3200, but actually like the attachment better, mainly due to the ability to toggle between my actual stethoscope, then the digitally enhanced and noise cancelled version. However I do have thoughts on making the software a bit more user friendly , not enough space here.”

“I have both the Eko Core (attached to an Littmann Cardiology Stethoscope and the Eko Duo. They both have great sound and hold on to their charge for at least a day. I have used both on children and adults detached from the stethoscope and wirelessly connected to an iPhone 11 and AirPod Pros. They both are amazingly similar to the traditional stethoscope with the added ability to record an ecg and amplification of sound simultaneously. These features coupled with the AirPod Pros noise cancellation make it easier to focus on faint lung and heart sounds in a noisy room. There is a slight delay in the sound transmission but the added feature of live recording of both ECG and heart sounds are great trade offs. These recording are easy to share among colleagues and great for documentation and review. All physicians, nurses and allied health professionals should have these tools to help keep themselves and their patients safe. JG”

“This is great stethoscope enhancement for my Littman 3M cardio. I am pediatric cardiologist and I see patients of all ages from newborn to teenager. In my opinion, this is great for patients 5 and older but not for young babies and infant. somehow voice filter function is not great for young patient and auscultation is very noisy with loud respiratory sounds and can barely allow to better listen heart sound or any murmur. For older pediatric patient, this is great and very good sound quality and easy to identify subtle clicks or murmur on digital mode compared to analog. Blue tooth function to phone is good and gives nice phonograph. Phonograph is okay and not quite accurate. I had patient with pulmonary valve stenosis and murmur was easily over 3/6 but on phonograph, heart sounds have better tracing and actual murmur which was quite odd. Some patient and parents appreciate hearing abnormal heart sounds especially irregular heart beats on my phone in live audio mode. I wish this core digital Bluetooth directly connects to my Apple Airpods pro and much easier to listen. overall, noise cancellation needs some improvement and needs to do better job with filtering audio frequency to minimize noise.”

“I am a pretty big fan of this stethoscope attachment. When used as a stethoscope it has we some amplification and ease of use. I love being able to quickly switch it from analog to digital. When trying to use it through Bluetooth headphones or play a recording from my phone it just isn’t loud enough. I can hear it but just barely. It is super easy to use both as an amplified stethoscope and through Bluetooth headphones. I just wish I could hear it better through my headphones. If I could it would for sure get five stars. I would still strongly recommend this.”

“I have used your product for one clinical day. I faced the following challenges: 1) I need to pull my phone up and open the app to record from the stethoscope. Patients can clearly see something is going on. This makes them nerves and they asking questions. Of course it is understandable in this age of "Data-Security", however i do not want them to worry about it and don't want to waste time explaining. It would be nice if the device it self could have a temporary memory, so i can transfer the recording after a consultation. Or maybe just have the app working in the background with the phone closed and hidden. 2) This brings me to the next issue; having to save the recording to a patient right away. In a busy day i have to do other stuff before i can use time on saving the record and maybe create a new patient. Here i would prefer having recordings with date and time, and the possibility to late edit a title or assign them to patients. 3) The recording sound is too low. I can nearly not hear anything. Can this sound be amplified? Lastly i want to thank you for a brilliant product, it really enhanced the sounds when used with stethoscope. And i love the recording function.”
