I am a cardiologist been in Practice for over 25 years, I have used all different stethoscopes both manual and electronic, this is by far the best stethoscope, even in manual mode is much better than Litman cardiac stethoscope, it is a great stethoscope and even without its electronic capability it is worth its money, I have now bought a second stethoscope and also third attachment to add to my Litman Cardiac stethoscope. Great quality. Recommend highly.

I used my core for clinical in my nursing school and I absolutely love it. It is clear and easy to use. The sounds are clean and loud.

I work in the noisy and chaotic world of EMS. The core digital attachment is extremely effective, particularly in the back of a noisy and busy high-end ambulance. It is not a perfect product yet but it is an extremely effective effort in the direction of perfection.

Overall it's a fantastic addition to my stethoscope. The ability to filter between cardiac and pulmonary sounds is what I would consider to be the best asset this device has to offer. However, requiring your phone or other connected device to utilize this feature is, for me, a huge drawback. Maybe with a software update the user could toggle between sounds with the volume or record buttons? Wishful thinking...
