“The product is simple and attached easily to my stethoscope. The volume and clarity are good and noise cancelation seems to help distinguish murmurs difficult to hear. The button, although firm, occasionally presses while in the holster and thus wasting some battery, however battery life is very good and lasts several days. The App is simple to use and offers visualization and better understanding when unsure what I hear. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and it offers me additional value in my clinical skills for a very affordable price. Another advantage is the ability to convert back to your analog stethoscope when battery is out and continuing using your stethoscope unchanged. Highly recommended!”

“The new eko is a nice improvement over the first generation. Has eko considered expanding to the veterinary medicine side? I would love to see an animal silhouette, similar to the human one currently used, to indicate where sounds where recorded from. A horse, cow, and dog silhouette will be awesome for teaching purposes.”

“I recently upgraded from the original Eko. My first Eko was wonderful, but the new model is fantastic. It is much smaller and lighter. The performance is better too, with increased and clearer amplification. As with the original, I can easily detect heart and lung sounds that I would have missed with a standard stethoscope, especially with my slight hearing loss. I can't speak to the associated app, as I haven't used it. I highly recommend the device though. It is a small investment for such a valuable addition to my practice.”
