“Have to admit, I really love this thing. I get palpitations from time to time, but once I make it to the doctor's it subsides so they never catch anything on the EKG. I was able to record using EKO while it was happening and saw a change in my EKG! I finally caught it!! I love its duo functionality (hence the name), being able to hear/magnify heart/lung/bowel sounds AND record EKGs. This thing is a godsend. I think it's worth the money and I happily support innovative products such as these. However, I do have a couple gripes/cons: 1. I feel the stethoscope portion is rather thick. It can make using it kind of clumsy while using with a patient. 2. Please please PLEASE make a case for this thing! I want to protect this investment. 3. App is a bit finicky. Pretty smooth on iOS except when trying to view/listen to recording after recording. That exact functionality is smooth on android BUT every time you switch apps or the screen turns off, you have to log back in and I can't figure out how to save my login info on there. **Bonus: the instructions say it can't be used with bluetooth earphones, however, I went ahead and tried and guess what? It works! It didn't work one time, but then the next time I tried it worked again. So 9/10 times is fine with me.”

“Small clinics who don’t do many ECG or can’t budge the cost or don’t have room for a full size ECG will find the EKO DUO priceless. There is no need for patients to get completely underdressed or shave a lot of hair. I think I will buy another one to have available in case there are more providers in my small clinic”

“This stethoscope offers so much more than expected. The acoustics are unmatched. A thin sleeve or cover for the DUO would be much appreciated. Scuffs and scratches easily.”

“I have severe hearing loss so it's amazing. Does take a bit to pair with my note 10+. I'd love a case for travel, and a sleeve to slide over the duo when wearing and carrying it.”

“Since the Eko duo is a newer concept plus me being used to the established brands I was a bit wary before buying. But I must say that it is fantastic! I for one am a big fan of Eko duo now. Both the great sound quality and the ECG tracing are excellent. The app is very practical. Love it.”

“Like many aging clinicians, I experience hearing loss. I purchased this Duo EKG + Stethoscope to assist me in my work as an ER Nurse. Using the stethoscope earpieces the sound amplification is great, and I can finally hear lung sounds again. Heart sounds are no longer "present or absent", meaning I can now hear subtle tones again. However, the EKG function so far (limited testing admittedly) is of such low amplitude that it is nearly useless. I can connect to the ER's cardiac monitor much more quickly without having to dig out my phone. Also, the ability to play heart or lung sounds through the phone for patients to hear is non-existent. Even with the sound boost on, and the phone on max volume, sounds are simply too low to hear, much less share with my patients.”

“I am impressed and shocked how tremendously clear the sound is on this. I can hear the heart and murmurs and lung sounds so well. It is high quality and clear. The stethoscope is so easy to clean and turn off and on. In addition, the EKG links up to my iPhone and stethoscope within seconds. So when I examine the patient I literally pull out my iPhone and turn on the app and it links. The EKG is clear and does recordings. I am absolutely impressed. I can't see how I can go back to a regular stethoscope ever again!”

“I love the stethoscope, I work in a multisystem icu and a COVID icu. Thanks to the noise cancellation and sound boost I use it to really listen to lung sounds when my pt is in a loud room like for covid with hepa filters, etc... My only wish is for the stethoscope to work with airpods or other headphones. I would love an adapter or update to this product for that feature!”
