“The first bar on the battery goes very quickly within the first mile but thr rest is dependable on your speed to carry you to far distance overall more battery power to bring u further would be great in the future without ranging the price further , but still its a good scooter.”
“I know it seems a lackluster title, but it's actually on point. I was looking for a basic, quality scooter, and that is exactly what I got. It's overall a very robust design and I really dig how clean and simple it is. Sure, there are the usual little fit and finish nitpicks that one would expect from something mass-produced in China, but I expected that, too. I haven't had many opportunities to use it yet, but so far, so good. It has everything I need and nothing I don't. I'm running it at full throttle (18 mph indicated) for about 2.5 miles at a time on relatively level roads, and the battery voltage indicator barely moves when I've reached my destination (going from home to the train and vice versa). I like the app, and Fluid recommends not using the zero start. I also recommend not using it. If you're fumbling with the scooter, trying to get on or off public transportation, it could conceivably run away from you for a couple feet if you accidentally hit the throttle. Kicking off with throttle on is much safer. Oh, and Fluidfreeride has excellent customer service! That was one of the biggest selling points for me. You can speak with an actual human and they really stand behind their products.”
“Absolutely horrendous customer service. I got my scooter delivered two weeks late and damaged, the threads to the handle bars were stripped and do not screw in. The back wheel barring is warped. And when I sent images and video to them to ask for reimbursement or any sort of help, they have not answered for over a week. Just wasted over $500. I do NOT recommend buying a scooter from here at all. I followed up asking for a phone number to contact. Still no answers.”

Their original Mosquito Ultra was an exceptional scooter and light. Extremely easy to carry and a quick ride. I've had 2 of these scooters. And as with most mechanical components, things need replacing. The issue I encountered was that FluidFree discontinued the model and I could not find parts anywhere to rectify the issues I was experiencing. I would hope from a business perspective, that FluidFree can maintain a solid connection with the Mosquito makers as to continue to provide parts. Essentially I have 2 mosquito scooters that are collecting a lot of dust.”
