“Exactly what I wanted a point a to b scooter, it does the job of getting me to work and back home. I have enough of a charge to stop at a fast food place or store in-between as well and still make it back. For the price can't be beat by the quality for what it is.”
“1st you have a physical store that we can see inspect before we will buy. Or even after buying if there's any problem no need to shipped them unit. ThatsTWO THUMBS UP!!!
The staff will assist you to the max. Will also discuss the advantage & some probable problem that may encounter of the unit
And the price. It's your money worth for it.
I'm Rey satisfied with my unit the city rider.
Just want to clear something , just read it somewhere. It states, " if you are looking for a scooter with your money worth nor to ipgrade your unit, just drop by at the store." But as a certain Jose you don't dont do upgrading of unit. If only o can upgrade my max speed to 20+ right now it much better.mine is only 18mph just want to make it to 25mph
So what the truth you do or you don't do? I'll pay for it. Thanks june”
“The Cityrider scooter is perfect for me. I'm able to go downtown to my favorite restaurants while avoiding all of the traffic. I save on gas, I get to experience outdoors more, it is easy and fun to ride and 18 mph is plenty fast enough to get where I need to go! Thank you Fluid Free Ride!!”
“I've been riding my scooter to work for about 3 weeks now. I like it a lot, it rides very smooth and I was pleasently surprised at how frequently it is able to go it's top speed of 18mph.
The back wheel was making some grinding noise at first but after putting some brake cleaner on it it hasn't made any noise since.
The scooter weights a bit more than I expected and it is a little awkward getting on and off the bus but is do-able.
I've had a lot of trouble with the collapsing mechanism it feels like I have to give it way more force than nessesary but maybe I just have to loosen a bolt somewhere to make it easier.
Overall a good first time scooter, and would recommend.”
“I just wanted to give a quick review this time praising the utter toughness of this little beast. I have owned this scooter for over 2 years now putting I'd guess (from my work commutes alone) thousands of miles on this machine. I've ridden through rain and snow and everything in between with honestly very little maintenance. Actually NONE. The lone problem I had and it was strictly due to my own haphazard driving was a control board error that literally stopped me in my tracks one night. I was driving in horrible rain and through deep puddles submerging even the deck and my work boots. I made it just fine all the to work and then half way home before she "died" and I had to call an Uber. I thought my baby had finally passed on, lol. I stuck her in the corner of my kitchen and rode one of my other scooters (110 lbs not meant for commuting) for about a week or two.
One day I heard my little city rider literally calling to me as it sat in the corner and chirped over and over?? I turned it on and the error code was gone. I left it for another week I'd guess as it continued to randomly "chirp" because I wanted to make certain it had dried out or whatever. When I finally made my way back to her she worked flawlessly as if nothing ever happened. Needless to say I avoid all wet conditions now but I'm proud to report my City Rider still motors on. It has good brakes, good speed and the range is enough for 7-8 miles at top speed. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence about purchasing.
Edit: I just realized that the new city riders come with a much larger battery than my version has. The 10ah battery version should take you ATLEAST 10-12 miles at top speed.”
