“I love my scooter! What you see in the description and image is what you get!
I live in a city environment so I use the scooter to go to and from work once in a blue moon and to visit folks or out in the city (usually no more than 20 minutes one way) and usually on sport mode 2 at 18 mph. The battery usually lasts for 2 rides before it gets down to 3 bars and then those bars can last for about another two rides or until I get too nervous to ride on just one battery bar indicator...ha.
Best features: It does go 18 mph on sport mode 2 and on mode 1 max at 10 mph. I use the 2nd mode when I am riding with others on their own scooter and it doesn't go as fast. I love that the scooter has lights, turn signals, a bell, and folds down so nicely!
Overall, I love the scooter and am SOOOO grateful for the purchase as I can get around more easily when I want to. I don't have to use rideshare programs or rental scooters as much so it also is saving me money / I am getting my money's worth quickly!
Some things I wish and have curiosities about Board size, bell, turn signal buttons, and instructions.
Board: I wish the board size was a little larger and not a skateboard material. When going over bumps, it feels like a skateboard and I can feel the impact through my shoes. This might also be a combination of the wheels and the thinner board (especially in comparison to other rental scooters).
Bell: I LOVE that the bell was included yet wish it was a spin bell-like the rental scooters.
Turn Signal Buttons: I love that this is a feature yet would like it if it was a switch instead of a button as it is hard to click the button while riding the scooter. You have to slow down, then look down to then push the button, and then pick up speed again. Maybe this is just my caution to not lose balance to fall off the scooter while finding the turn signal button.
Instructions: Grateful for simple instructions yet it did not inform me where to put the bell yet maybe this was a gift and not part of the original packaging. I would say the bell should always be included.
Other suggestions: It might be cool to look into when the front clamp to allow the scooter to fold is not attached to the scooter, the scooter pole only would be able to move straight down to connect to the back of the wheel to be locked into it's folded position. Maybe create a bag for this product to make it easier to carry as the 26 lbs. is a little much for one-handed carrying for a longer period of time (i.e. More than 2-5 minutes).
Overall, I love it and am grateful for this purchase. Get your scooter!”
