I am enjoying getting moving again. I initially went through the whole program in 15 minute sessions. I was pleasantly surprised at my progress and developing strength. I had somuch fun I decided to do it again in 30 minute sessions... a little more challenging but I am trying to make it look pretty : )

I am in my mid-50s and a few years ago noticed that simple mobility was changing. My knees hurt and I could no longer squat. Even getting up off the floor seemed hard. I have regularly worked my way through Elements, slowly slowly and it is now a stable part of my morning routine. I can move in ways I wasn’t able to - I can squat and I have core strength and arm strength I did not have earlier. I have more energy, move fluidly and easily (no more limping around stiffly) and I have toned up. I work slowly and mindfully on each movement and have come to know my trouble spots and they improve continually as I focus on them. Can’t recommend Elements more. Get in there and try it! Lana

I take the program is absolutely great it's just a little bit frustrating not to see the games come as quickly as I thought they would I am actually weaker in the upper body than I thought I was other than that you guys do have great support and great coaching advice would recommend the program to anyone who wants to improve their mobility and strength.

My review of Elements is a response to those who write GMB saying the course is too easy. I found the early movements pretty basic and not very challenging. The moves become more complex and difficult though at first I thought I was mastering the movements. However, it became clear that exercises like frogger and monkey were not simply a hop but rather a controlled hip movement. This increased the challenge. By the end of the course I was struggling with the movements. I'll need to revisit some of the movements after improving flexibilty and strength with other GMB courses.

Second time doing Elements and I find it to be just as great as the first time. It's a great program for anyone. I would say it's a must for people that are not used to doing bodyweight exercises and who want to bring that to their workout routine. I'm using it as a way to cycle my workouts and to bring new patterns in.

I found Elements extremely helpful without fully realising it at first. The movements are based on some simple flows which are intended to be done focusing on control and technique. I had to regress some of the more difficult hand balancing moves but this is accounted for in the program. It sometimes looks easy but I always broke a sweat and felt sore (in a good way) at the end. I've just completed the end of course assessment and I was waaaaay better than when I started. I will definitely go through the course again. And the best bit is that I don't have to pay for it again.. you own it for life!

Dear GMB Team, First, let me congratulate you for the great job you did with Elements, and for all the support in Alpha Posse. I’m sure you hear this a lot but it has to be part of my feedback  thank you, this is true education! What sets GMB apart from competition (although to be fair, there are others with also good approaches for my specific case) is the coaching and teaching approach to the practice. Regardless of what your fitness level is, Elements is the place to go and they make that easy for you. I had some doubts about it, thinking I had already experience and could be wasting my time on just another “easy” fitness program (I recommend everyone to read Andy’s article on Elements being “too easy…”). It’s as easy or as hard as you want it to be. Throughout the program, the team always give us progressions for every fitness level. What I might point out is that in the very beginning, the first 10 sessions, I would have liked some harder progressions to be available. Even so, I’m no fitness expert, and it might make sense this way. I evidently improved my control and mobility, although I still have a very long way ahead. I felt this practice improved my fitness in every aspect I expected it to work: strength, mobility, and control. I can feel that not only in the monkey, bear and frog, but also when swimming or playing padel. On a final note, I have to give kudos to the Alpha Posse team. They are extremely available and provide really good coaching. It really shows that although they have different specialties, they share the same values. Let’s see what I will do next! Cheers, Pedro

I'm almost 70 and was looking for a program to reclaim some of my mobility and strength, as well as maybe reduce some aches and pains. I'm on my second pass through the program and although I'm still struggling with some parts of this program, I'm amazed at the improvements I've made in both strength and flexibility. The program seemed strange at first compared to the usual exercise programs I had done, but Elements has given me the best long-term improvements out of those programs.
