After 2 weeks of daily consistent Elements training the benifits are surprising. They were noticible for me in my regular weekly Martial Arts training.

I am halfway through elements and am definitely seeing the benefits of this well designed and engaging program. As someone who has been a hypoflexible block of wood for my whole life, it's exciting to see changes in my flexibility and mobility. Although I find the program challenging I am excited to see where I get to once I'm finished and I can tell I will want to repeat it maybe with longer session times. I'm really enjoying learning the movements and particularly the Transitions and am looking forward to getting to the point where I can flow though the movements fluidly and have fun and play on the floor

I've really enjoyed learning with Elements. Other online trainings I've never really bothered with, they always fell flat and I got bored. Elements is both fun and engaging, and even if I take breaks I get back to it. Oh and it's also effective, but it doesn't feel like training because it feels so fun.

I bought mobility and elements. I do the elements in the morning and mobility in the evening. I feel more relaxed and flexible. That is something that needs to be done regularly and continously. I'm very happy I found GMB.

Excellent coaching throughout, easy to follow Some tough moves but you are always encouraged & coached to improve at your own level . After so many years of standard strength training, this type of movement training is so much better for the sports I love .

I lost a lot of fitness due to changes in lifestyle, and injuries, and wanted to get back into condition. The Elements program has not just got me on that journey but given me the confidence that I will maintain that journey. It's very philosophical in its approach to fitness, focusing on understanding your body rather than pushing for a target number of reps or whatever. I feel more in tune with my body and already capable of more than when I started (I'm only half way through the program!). The activities are challenging, and my muscles definitely feel it, but never boring and I'm motivated to keep at it. I'm already looking forward to going back to the beginning to see how much I've improved!

Elements is a versatile tool for improving real-life movement and strength. I'm still discovering new value, 2 years in. The ROI has been massive, so far. I started working out over a decade ago because I wanted my body to do whatever I asked of it. I found GMB in 2021/22. I spent about a year plugging their free resources into my at-home bodyweight/band workouts. I made so many real-life gains! I had an overall new confidence in my ability to move through space, especially in awkward positions. When Elements came up on discount, those results gave me confidence to buy in. GMB's methodology underlies everything. Tutorials, session structure, movement progression. I could push play and go. I made progress (strength and mobility) and really didn't have to think about it. It. Just. Works. My second time through, I started tailoring the sessions more. If I had a sore knee or elbow, I could repeat a less difficult session. I even re-cycled a series of past sessions when I felt my bent-arm strength needed extra attention. I could make it as challenging or low-key as I needed. Now I use Elements to stretch and recover after my day job. I lift heavy and am active at work. It feels great to move through all those planes of motion that work misses. Twisting Bear and A-frame to Crab are especially wonderful! There's plenty of Elements left to unlock, even having been through it about twice. I'm on my third go 'round, and I don't expect to get bored or to "master" the moves for a very long time. When life settles down and I can focus again on skill work, Elements will still be there to challenge me.
