I’m using the Resiliency program. I could feel and see improvements in my mobility after week 1. I enjoy the workouts. 15 min 3-5 times a week is my commitment level at this time. I’m a healthy, fit 62 year old. I have exercised most of my life. The sessions are challenging and I feel accomplished when I complete each one. This program is going to make aging less impactful. I look forward to Elements next year. For now, one step at a time. Without doubt this is good for me!

Resilience is the program that I always needed, but never knew it. Different than just pushing through a variety of exercises, Resilience challenged me in new, unusual, and interesting ways - and when I returned to my familiar workouts (Elements and Integral Strength) they were easier, more controlled, and more satisfying. I absolutely love Resilience! It was the game-changer for me!

Love this program. I'm a typical late-40s idiot man, spent years trying to train like I'm mid-20s, and most of my time behind a desk, and then feel aggrieved when I inevitably get injured every couple of years. Knee, shoulder, elbow, low back... at this point it's faster to list the bits that don't hurt than the ones that do. I'm still not smart enough to totally stop old-school training (I should probably just do Elements and IS repeatedly for a year), but Resilience along with Literal Immortality are the best things I've found to balance out other training, and keep me broadly feeling better each month rather than feeling like I'm gradually breaking down. With so many aches, injuries and weaknesses, doing YouTube routines for each one would be take up my entire (scarce) training time, and is unbearably dull. But I can do Resilience (and Literal Immortality) in a pretty small number or short sessions, and just follow along with very varied, often unique moves, in between other things. At least for me, it addresses almost everything at some point, without having to trudge through 20mins with a band for shoulders, 15mins in elbows, 20min knee routine etc. I'm still not as consistent as necessary to get better or faster results, but I'm more consistent with this than with anything else I've tried, cos it's easier to stick with this or keep dipping back in if I miss sessions (I'm terrible at consistency, even though I know consistency is the most important thing). In short, this is really good and I really recommend it as a relatively easy way to recover your all-round non-brokenness amid other training (or for non-idiots, to avoid breaking yourself in the first place, which is of course massively better).

I have been using the Resilience program along with Elements. Both programs are great, and it does not take long to start feeling the benefits. My movement is more fluid, range of motion is better and my joints ache considerably less.

It is very well done , the videos, tutorials excellent!! I like the unusual excercises but It was a little boring just 3 excessive sand a lot of time in each . But I think is helping me a lot

Please get in touch - if you're only seeing three exercies, something is very wrong, and you are missing a lot of the program.

I do Resilience on off days for 15 minutes 2-3 times per week (main program Triple Shot). The program is sneaky good in that you don't feel after the workout like you've done a workout. But on the next day you feel the shoulder you've worked on or the core is sore for example. I can't comment on the effects on my resilience yet because I've only done a couple of sessions and Iuckily haven't needed it. But I have full trust that it will improve my resilience for when I need it.

Creative and fun ways to spend safe time under load on key joints. It's like All You Kneed is Load but for everywhere. Great stuff!

Thanks for Resilience! It’s a great concept and you guys executed it well - to the point, no fluff but interesting, challenging and enjoyable moves. I just wish I could have done it before I began accumulating dings from military, first responder, MA, competitive lifting, nasty falll/work/vehicle accident experiences. I’m following Resilience now so I’ll be ready for my next 77 years! P.S. I know Resilience isn’t meant to be therapeutic, but one one of my knees and both shoulders are more comfortable and mobile now!
