This is one of the most fun programs I've ever done. I am a senior and a middling athlete so I wasn't sure it was right for me at first. But the exercise ties into the feeling we had of play as children and that means no judging, just do your best and enjoy it. If the ultimate version of an exercise is too hard then back up and do it the best way you can, expecting improvement to come, and it does.

I have really enjoyed Sequences, right now I alternate Sequences with MovNat training every other day. I have gone through several GMB programs and I can say I would probably rate Sequences as one of my favorites. It is challenging, but yet not out of reach. Really like the flow and the structure, but the variety is what I really like, it makes me actually look forward to the next session ( although that is usally the case with GMB programs ). Anyway, highly recommend Sequences to anybody interested in a full body exercise routine that will really help you with real world usable strength, mobility, endurance and flexibility. Thank You GMB Team !!

I highly recommend the program. I have been training on pole for four years and felt I had reached a plateau on my strength so I was looking for a way to cross train that didn't involve the gym, paid attention to increasing mobility and flexibility alongside strength, and gave me a better awareness of my body and locomotion. I am very grateful I found GMB and Sequences. Although I was in good strength condition, I struggled with some of the simple exercises but I quickly saw results. I like the structure of preparation, practice, play and finish off with a push. The videos are well explained and there are options depending on how much you feel you want to do each time. Even if it's 20min you feel you have done some work. More importantly, the philosophy of going slow and paying attention to the body helped me immensely not only in building gradually strength and mobility within the program but also in my pole practice. Within 6 months I was able to level up in pole. Thank you to the gmb team for the program but most importantly for the philosophy behind it.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I have recently been on a fitness journey, and I must say that GMB is an absolute game-changer. From the moment I started using the GMB fitness app, I was blown away by the simplicity and effectiveness of their instructional videos. The videos are incredibly easy to follow, making it accessible for users of all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, the clear and concise instructions ensure that you can execute exercises with proper form and technique. One aspect that truly sets GMB apart is the wealth of valuable, free information they offer on their social media channels. Their dedication to providing educational content is commendable, as it allows users to expand their fitness knowledge beyond the app itself. The GMB team goes above and beyond to ensure that users have access to a wide range of resources, enabling them to make informed decisions and progress on their fitness journeys. The Elements module within the GMB app deserves special recognition. It caters to users like me who have struggled with certain movements their entire lives. With their expert guidance and progression-based approach, GMB helped me achieve a major milestone: performing a squat for the first time ever. The module breaks down complex movements into manageable steps, gradually building strength, mobility, and confidence. It's a testament to the thoughtful design and expertise of the GMB team. Additionally, the Sequences module has been an absolute game-changer for me. As a 42-year-old, I never thought I could move as fluidly and imaginatively as the program has pushed me to. It challenges your body and mind to work together, improving overall coordination, mobility, and creative problem-solving. The carefully curated sequences provide a sense of accomplishment and motivation to keep exploring and expanding my physical capabilities. In conclusion, GMB has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The easy-to-follow videos, abundant free resources on their social media channels, and transformative modules like Elements and Sequences make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a fitness program that challenges and empowers. Whether you're a beginner or someone looking to enhance their physical capabilities, GMB is a fantastic investment in your health and well-being.

First thing, I am a big fan of the GMB's approach to "fitness" and I believe GMB's Elements is the best program I have bought in my life ; and it should be the FIRST you try. I ve completed ELEMENTS several times and have been waiting for very long time for the new version : ELEMENTS 2.O or ELEMENTS PRO. Well, that's exactly what Sequences is, the next step to Elements. I have not finished yet, but I can honestly say it is the perfect following. Elements gave me a new sense of body awareness and control, it was a "step by step discovery". So far, Sequences is where the real work starts. Expect more twist, new cool moves, more control, and more sweat .... all this in the same format as in Elements : meaning it has been really well planned - the frequency of the different exercises, the gradual introduction of their variations - I'm always surprised to discover i am able to do a "complex" move with ease, when I was struggling at it the time before. GMB's planning works like magic. Just trust them. PS: some people skip steps (I used to) ... please don't. It's Elements first, then Sequences.

I really like the combination of different ways of moving combined with some moves that build strength.

I like the exercises Sequences has to offer. It is more challenging than Elements and that is what I was looking for. However there are issues with streaming the exercises to my phone. In most sessions an exercise will go out of synch and the whole session will become a mess. Most of the time this can only be corrected by starting the session from scratch and skipping through the exercises that were already completed. It's a pain, but not enough to quit the program entirely. I did contact support about this and they suggested to use a different browser. That didn't solve the issue. I hope these issues will be solved soon. The Elements program does not have these issues for me.
