Sequences is the third GMB program that I have purchased. I was getting quite out of shape and I really credit GMB’s amazing programs with getting me in literally the best shape of my life. I can do things now that I could not do in my 20s, and my wife looks at me, in a way that makes it all worth it ;-)

I use Sequences as a strength and mobility supplement for triathlon training. Since using GMB in general, the quality of my recovery between workouts has improved. I’m less sore and more ready for what is next. Practicing the mastery of my body in this program has a direct and positive impact on the swim, bike and run. I am faster and more comfortable than every before. My first race this year, I placed first in my age group. I definitely owe some of this success to Sequences. Thanks you for your programs GMB!

I enjoyed the Sequences very much. I liked the focus on movement combinations, patterns and flows. But at the same time, it's also really hard work (general fitness-wise). Maybe because I chose the version with conditioning. Anyway, I'm almost at the end and see a lot of progress in movement but also more generally. I complemented it with Integral Strength and it worked fine for me.

I have been a fan of GMB since in 2016 I used Elements to help manage my back problems. After many years of training with GMB programmes including Integral Strength, Vitamin and Mobility, I have been loving Sequences. I use it on my low-intensity days when I work on general movement, mobility and skills such as the handstand. I love how GMB has helped me learn to move and play again as if I were a child and Sequences is just the next step in that progression. The fact that it is fun makes it so engaging and the knock-on effects of improving mobility, balance and strength are clear in addition to just giving me the opportunity to get to know my body better. If you like moving and playing on the ground with your own body, Sequences is for you!

I started doing sequences a few weeks ago . Honestly it’s made a huge difference. You can go at your own pace . I feel no strain and you notice that your skill level improves rapidly . You can stay on a set of sequences or exercises till you feel you’re ready to scale up . Most importantly the videos are so friendly . The instructor gives different ways to do the same exercise based on your ability . This is awesome because it teaches to slow things down . It makes you understand the importance of baby steps . I really am so happy I got this . I wish I did this earlier. Regards Dr Ajit

I love how their programs are structured: their prompts are well timed and ask good questions to keep you on track and moving well.

My first encounter with GMB was through Elements (one of the previous versions) 4-5 years ago. Ever since I was drawn to the opposite philosophy of to well-known ˝No Pain No Gain˝ approach to working out. Taking your time, keeping your own pace, being in the moment, and doing as much as you can without the attachment to reps and sets and calories burned was exactly something I was looking for. Add a lot of fun, novelty and healthy joints to that equation and you get GMB in u nutshell. As I was getting more familiar with the program(s) I was more curious about Flow movements. It wasn´t long before GMB released Floor Loco and recently Sequences. I´m still somewhere in the middle of the process with Sequences, enjoying every minute, having fun, learning something new or improving some of the previous skills. Would recommend it to anyone. If you´re into lifting heavy weights, GMB might be a great tool to warm up, loosen your joints, and work on mobility. If it´s your main physical practice, it will improve the quality of the movement in everyday situations and teach you something new. So, it´s great for your body, your joints and your brain (and possibly your soul :))

Just kidding. As I'm sure anyone at GMB would admit, Sequences isn't magic. With that said, it is an awesome follow-up course to Elements. I'd worked through Elements a couple times in conjunction with other rock climbing training. I enjoyed the variety of movements from GMB, so I purchased many of their other programs (like Mobius and Vitamin, which were discontinued when Sequences came out). Mobius and Vitamin were fun, entertaining, and contained novel movement patterns. Sequences is MUCH better organized and flows from one session to the next. It's also obviously an evolution from Elements, but it's not crazy difficult. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to continue progressing with bodyweight movement flows.
