I have really enjoyed doing sequences. I do find the movements quite challenging, and sometimes there seems to be quite a jump - ie. assuming we can do a bridge, or pilot freeze - when I can't get anywhere near the latter! I'd like to be able to hop back more easily and repeat classes if I feel like I'm not quite keeping up. It's quite clunky to do that at the moment, the only way I have found involves clicking back through each individual session. So my plea would be to make it easier to back up and repeat a bit of the course... otherwise it's excellent. My strength and flexibility have both improved, and I love doing the sessions, it's not a chore at all.

I’m so enjoying Sequences as a follow-on to Elements, and am getting a lot out of it. When I started Sequences, I couldn’t do rolls at all. Now, I’m half-way through, and I can (kind of! Still got some work to do, but I’m happy to have got this far). It’s doing good things for my mobility and the way I move in general, too. I know there’s always room for improvement, but I do sometimes get impatient with the number of repetitions of relatively easy movements in the Practice section, especially when there are some really hard moves/combos (that Superman with all your lower body off the floor?!) that don’t seem to get practised as much. But that’s just a minor quibble. As I say, I’m loving Sequences and am really glad I bought it.

Nice variations on familiar movements. Enjoy the conditioning element

So far I have used Sequences as a counterpoint to my kettlebell exercise on the skill building path. I have found that it offers a great way to explore other planes of movement to kettlebells and appreciate how it is breaking down longer flows and complex movements into components, and sequences, which add together to build something more. It's also very fun! As I move through different goal focuses I will be returning to Sequences and using the conditioning track as well. I can see this, like Elements, being something that I keep coming back to and getting better at. There will always be room to make the movements cleaner and more controlled.

Relatively disappointing compared to elements.

Sequences has effectively broadened my "movement vocabulary". Not only in the fancy social media type but also in an everyday useful way. It includes a lot of getting up or down on the floor moves which are combined in fun and challenging sessions. It's showed me how to effectively train and drill movement patterns, so I can actually use them afterwards. I could feel myself making progress from session to session.

Sequences is good as all gmb programs i have done so far. ( I have worked through several programs since 2020). I love the GMB approach of physical autonomy. But Integral Strength is my favorite.

Although we aren't quite there with floor kips, and a little better with the macaco, we really had fun running this. It's basically between Elements and Floor Loco. The progression felt natural, and you could always fall back on the intermediate variations if you're not able to execute the most advanced versions of the various techniques.
