I did not purchase the Vegan, not sure why it says Vegan on my review. Either way, the 14 day shape up is good to change up your food. It is not a juice or smoothie eating only. I did think that for a minute but then saw that she has real food and warm soups that honestly kept me full. I used this as a guide to help me detox and attempt to start eating clean again and it did do the trick.

Love this meal plan! So yummy and easy. I would love to have a full grocery list for each week though for us busy babes!!

Loved this guide! Followed the guide completely for the two week period- didn't cheat or drink alcohol and lost 2.8lbs (4.4 fat mass which took my body fat percentage down 2.5%!) Definitely plan on using these recipes in my normal eating. Only a few negatives, there isn't a shopping list (took quite a bit of time to make one and several grocery store trips for additional items) and I don't recommend the cold Shape up soup as it was pretty inedible, recommend replacing with the hot soup instead. Otherwise, I felt completely satisfied the whole time as I was getting the right amount of protein, healthy fats and carbs and didn't even miss cheat food! Definitely recommend if you are going to stick to it! It is a bit of prep work, but none of the recipes are hard to make.

This is my go to guide in the Spring and Summer. I don't know why but the recipes to me scream warmer months of the year - but you can absolutely eat these meals year round. I just use the hot body meal plan more in the fall and winter. If I follow the plan back to back I'll just skip the 1st day which is all liquids the 2nd time around. The sunset bowl is my favorite but I'm also a sucker for anything with goat cheese.
