This is my go to guide in the Spring and Summer. I don't know why but the recipes to me scream warmer months of the year - but you can absolutely eat these meals year round. I just use the hot body meal plan more in the fall and winter. If I follow the plan back to back I'll just skip the 1st day which is all liquids the 2nd time around. The sunset bowl is my favorite but I'm also a sucker for anything with goat cheese.

I have the regular 14 day shape up meal plan and it's so easy! It's fun to look through and Katie writes very encouraging messages and actually teaches you why you're eating what you're eating. She doesn't just tell you what to eat. It's also made super easy because 1) she summarizes the meals into a grocery list and 2) teaches you how to make substitutions and make it your own. Highly recommend!

Definitely a great starter for a healthy lifestyle! It has taught me so many healthy food swaps, love each of my meals, and it’s incredibly easy to follow, the recipes are quick and easy to make! It is a MUST!!!!! I simply LOVE IT !!!
