So many awesome recipes in this meal plan! Especially the mango coconut chia seed pudding, shape up soups and all the bowls! There are a variety of smoothies as well, but there was only one that I really liked which was the sunrise one. But it's definitely worth trying them all out!

The 14 day Shape Up is great! It contains amazing recipes that leaves your body feeling happy and healthy. As a vegan, it’s difficult to implement protein in all of my meals, but this plan does a great job guiding me through my health journey!

I really loved the 14 day Shape Up Meal Plan! The guide was easy to follow, it made me excited to meal prep, and I never felt hungry. Most importantly it helped me to feel my best self going into the summer challenge.The new recipes Katie included are delicious. My favorite is the chia pudding!

I love my 14 Day Shape Up Meal Plan! I love they you can mix and match & it’s so easy to swap. Also prep is not overly complicated so it’s quick. Love that this is a basic 14 day plan that you can use anytime!
