I absolutely love this guide and all the recipes (minus the pesto chicken because I'm allergic). Also love the daily and weekly planner page to plan out your meals. I always feel so good after completing this guide and reducing my sugar intake. I tend to do this guide after the holidays and after any over-indulgent vacations.

Great reset to detox those sugars out of you body. Especially right after the holiday season or a few months of indulging. You can feel your body changing within the 7 Days which to me, was crazy with it being my first detox and I loved it!

I love the sugar detox because I never realized how those extra sugars were creeping in throughout the day. Definitely makes me pay attention to the foods I eat. It's crazy how reducing even the smallest things can make a huge difference! Buy it!

This was an amazing tool to help me detox from not having a nutritional diet for the last month! I’d moved from the Midwest to the west coast and with all the chaos that goes with that, eating well went right out the window. I wasn’t sure how to jump back on the bandwagon, and this book was perfect! The meal plan was simple and easy to follow, and it’s actually honest about what you’re gonna go through for that week. I was absolutely ridden with headaches, cravings, and irritability like no other. I think I appreciate the transparency more than anything else! If you want an honest and well written sugar detox meal plan that’s easy to follow, look no further than this bad dawg!! Absolutely amazing!

This guide is the perfect reset to get your body back on schedule and to provide a little detox without sending your body into starvation mode. I learned quickly through this week long program how big of an affect sugars have on my mental health as well as physical and the recipes are perfect to help cut sugar cravings while providing your body with healthy nutrition.
