Hi Vicky, thanks for letting us know. We hope you enjoy it once you have a chance to try it out, and we’d love to hear your thoughts after you’ve used it. Thanks for your support.
“This battery is larger and heavier than the mini 5k, but it provides more heating time which is nice on long outdoor activities. I've only had this battery for 6 -weeks, and I get cold easily, but I haven't had it run out of power on several different occasions.”
Hi Jack, thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand how this could be confusing. The product page includes a “What’s Included” section that outlines whether a battery is included with the purchase. That said, your feedback is appreciated, and we’ll continue working to improve the clarity and overall design of our website. Thank you for your support.
“I was surprised that it had a USB-C cord built into it so I can charge my cell phone if needed. It's always good to have a spare. This is one for the books and would recommend.”
