“I installed this in my home in April 2019 to replace a 20-year-old thermostat for my heat pump. It has been working fine since, and the only issue I have is with the external temp sensor. You don't get any display of the external temp, and I have no idea if it's still working correctly. Would be nice if it actually displayed the outdoor temp. The app works well, and I like the monthly usage reports.”

Many folks giving negative reviews likely installed it themselves or used a "Semi-Pro" without the training to do the job properly.”

But we got a new HVAC system a few months back and this is what they installed, and we liked being able to have 6 different times and temps programmed.”
