“I have had the T6 for almost a year now so it has run on heat and cooling. I don't understand some of the negative reviews since I have never had a problem. It is right on the money every time.”

Never had a connectivity problem, setup went painlessly, recent update to Honeywell Home app is a big improvement. I wish there was a way to monitor outdoor temp directly on the face of the unit, not just in the app.”
“I had this thermostat installed just over two years ago, when I had my furnace replaced. During this time, I have been very happy with its operation. It is easy to control and adjust with the mobile app. Occasionally, I will have to reset the connection with the internet, but only when it goes offline for an extended period of time. The only issue that I have experienced that I have not been able to correct is, the Geofence feature stopped working as expected, and I had to revert to the Schedule platform. I would prefer using the Geofence, as I never would have to make any modifications to temperature settings. But overall, my experience has been very good.”

“Read lots of bad reviews before using this thermostat. It came with a new HVAC install, which the tech installed. The Wi-Fi setup was easy, and setting up a schedule was simple. My only negative comment is the 2-day delay in runtime stats on the app. Otherwise, the product does exactly what it's supposed to do.”
“Only bad part is that it could not be set up using an Android phone. Set up perfectly on the iPhone. Otherwise, no problems. I have two houses 1000 miles apart. I can change temp and check temp inside house on my phone (It is an Android). When we were coming home in Dec I turned up the heat about an hour before we arrived and found the home comfortable. Weather outside one home was almost 100 one summer and I regulated the temp from far away. Great monthly report on how I have been doing compared to other years. 2nd home has mini splits so I can't get a 2nd thermostat. I would buy the same one.”
