“Got a smart phone, had to a google account, then had to get a Honeywell product account, then a Honeywell home account, lost the App a few times because of flipping back and forth, tried to register online but couldn't and finally it registered itself. Works good now. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time setting up.”

I've seen some of the negative reviews here, but since I've had the opposite experience, I decided to leave a review that states how carefree and easy this thermostat has been for me. The app and the thermostat interface are easy to navigate, I've had no problems with WIFI connections, I set a schedule and then forgot about it.”
“The unit was builder installed. Programming was straightforward and easy. We haven't had one issue with it. The Wi-Fi reconnects when the power goes out or the carrier drops the feed. We have had 3 different carriers, works great with each one.”
