It has been over a week now and I still have not even received one reply. This bad rating is for customer service not the product considering I haven’t even been able to use any of it yet!”

“I have not been able to use my fitted sheet because I was sent a reddish orange color instead of the dark denim that I ordered. My 4 other items came in dark denim with my fitted she’s being an oddball color. I sent pictures in 3 different emails through 2 different ways of sending messages with pictures of what I received and pictures of my order. It has been over a week now with no response. I have been checking my email regularly including my junk file and I’ve received nothing. Aggravating!!! The rating I gave was for the customer service because I haven’t used any of my items because I’ve been waiting on the correct fitted sheet.”
