“It was a truly amazing experience,
the place was nice and clean, asthenic friendly and safe as the tent was protected so any insects were able to get in. The host was very communicative throughout the stay and was flexible about our late check in. I could confidently say that 8 people can fit in the tint as we were 8 staying at this location. You could fit a full size sleeping bag and two twin size ones inside the tent plus the bed provided (more than enough for 8 people).”
“By far the most unique trip we've taken in a very long time. The glamping site well maintained and clean with beautiful views. The abandoned zoo kept us busy for hours on end. There was so much to explore I could've spent at least another day walking around. The Long Neck Inn on the property was incredible. The staff was very conscious of keeping everything sanitary. Ben was great, showing us around the property and to our camp site. Definitely going to come back soon!”
“Our stay at Mountainview was more than we expected. We love nature so this was perfect for us because we were nowhere near other campers and we got the real experience of camping in the wilderness with a gorgeous view. Anytime we had a question Shaun answered quickly and he even gave us local tips for great hikes that were amazing. We will absolutely be coming back in the future and highly recommend this place for anyone who loves camping and nature.”
“If you like gun shots going off, big equipment being run and the sounds of trucks/atv’s at midnight, this is the place for you! We left in the middle of the night because it was scary as hell!!”
“Everything about this campsite exceeded expectations. The Game Farm is weird and creepy, but super fun to explore and walk around. The view was spectacular, it's close enough to plenty of hiking and towns, and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice (they even jumped one of our cars.)
Only giving this 4 stars because there were a few instances where we needed to get a hold of the camp keeper and they didn't answer their phones. We had to walk to the inn in order to ask our questions.
It also wasn't clear what amenities campers could use versus inn-only amenities.”
“It was far from advertised we were expecting what was marketed, but the maintenance and hosts level is a downgrade. Be aware no pillows sheets and no bed coverings extremely cold, overall it was an experience worth trying but not for $200 a night.”
