“We wanted to do something a little different for Valentines this year, rather than a normal stay we chose a Tentrr. Being February, we were quite worried about warmth. However, the tent surprised us. The small wood stove worked so well and was incredibly warm. We heated our meal on it as heated tea easily. The staff at the Catskill Game Farm was welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed a walk around the farm in the morning. It was really nice to disconnect. I was feeling idiotic for booking a tent in the middle of winter but it was such a great experience.”

“First most, we expected the zoo to be like ruins from the past, but it was more of a junkyard. We couldn’t believe the amount of garbage throughout the property. One path had 100s of tires and junk strewn about. Not my idea of a nature trail. Secondly, the provided grill, fire grate, and sun shower were all broken. Thank god we brought our own grill or else we wouldn’t have been able to cook. I understand the park is under new ownership since we camped. Hopefully they can improve the place.”
