“Box sent Priority USPS and box was damaged and leaking. Previous order sent in vented rigid corrugated box and well packed. You have other competitors now. Not sure if I would reorder or try some one else. This is my 2nd review with no response. I understand it was delayed due to weather harvest, but it took nearly 7 days to arrive by priority mail. Not happy…”

Hi Ribald, Shipping to Hawaii is always a bit trickier but we do our very best to get our Hatch Green Chiles up your way. Your order was shipped via USPS with an expected transit time of 2 days. Unfortunately it looks like there was a delay in transit on USPS's end. We understand this is very frustrating as a customer, trust me, it's frustrating for us as well. We hate to see a box of our precious peppers spoilt. I took a look in our system and did not see any emails from the email address we have on file for you. If a customer doesn't reach out to us about the issue, we never get a chance to correct it. We guarantee all Fresh Hatch Chile orders for 5lb boxes, so we compensate our customers accordingly when spoilage/damage occurs.
