“When is the best time to order. I pre-ordered mine and the hot one are not hot at all. Really disappointed. I wanted a little kick to them and got nothing. With seeds a d all. Please let me know. I have already done this once but got no response.”

“Been living in Georgia for 5 years without our favorite Hatch Green Chile. Made sure we ordered some this year to put in the freezer for winter . The Chile arrived in perfect shape and we roasted it up and put it in the freezer, of course keeping some out to eat right away That's the major thing we miss about living in Roswell NM is the availability of the Chile.”
