“My father in law is from ABQ originally, but we live in Iowa. He introduced me to Hatch Chiles 25 years ago shortly after my wife and I got married. He and I love hot chiles, and every year I buy a box of chiles from someplace and we share them.....here in the midwest NOBODY knows what to do with green chile, and most people here are only familiar with the canned variety sold in the "mexican" section of the grocery aisle that are super mild. My local grocery sells hatch chiles....they say "hot", but usually they are mild-medium, which are good in things I make for my wife, but I like the heat....especially when the subzero winter weather sets in. Thanks Hatch Chile Store for making it possible to get what I wanted fresh from the field and shipped straight to my door!”

“Wow! This Hatch chili is delicious, meaty and has great heat! My only downfall was not ordering more! 2 day shipping was on time and they were fresh and firm like they had just been picked on the farm. Thank you for making such a great product!”

“I was a little skeptical at first, but I pre-ordered some time ago. Got the shipment this last week. 5 lbs of Sandia ended up being about 42 or so peppers. Good size, and they all but one were in good condition. Considering they were shipped in summer, that's reasonable. Anyhow, I've only eaten about one at this point, but it is tasty and pretty spicy. Looking forward to using the rest. Planning on smoking some of them, probably pickle the rest. I can only eat so many, and my own jalapeño crop is competing for hot pepper usage. :) Good stuff.”

“I grew up in Colorado and my roots are in New Mexico so, growing up I always had green chile. I was too young to appreciate the type of chilis they were or where they came from but, I sure know now. I love the heat but most of all I love the flavor. I put on pizza, make chile verde, rellenos and salsa. Can't get enough Hatch and Sandia are my favorite~!! TIME TO ROAST...”
