“We were very pleased with our Chile. We roasted them on the Green Egg and then peeled them before Freezing them. We’ve already used one in our Chicken Fajita Casserole, it was spicy hot, but that was what we wanted.”

“Being native New Mexicans my wife and I love Hatch Green Chile. However, we live in St Louis where green chile comes in a can. We are so happy to have found The Hatch Chile Store.
