“For the hot head’s out there like I am Sandia is the only pepper that has the heat! Their Lumbre peppers were so disappointing that I would call MAYBE A MEDIUM HEAT AT BEST, I had to order 10lbs of Sandia just to get the 25lbs of Lumbre to an acceptable heat level that I like. So if I buy again from the HATCH CHILE STORE I WILL ONLY BUY THE SANDIA PEPPERS THAT I KNOW HAVE THE HEAT I LOOK FOR.”

“Chili’s came on time and were in excellent condition. Taste great on grilled cheese, eggs, pizza, stew, sandwiches, tortillas.......anything! I didn’t have a drum so I improvised.”

“The initial order arrived with significant spoilage despite the 2 day delivery suggested. In the heat this sometimes can happen even with expedited delivery. That being said after contacting your business a new shipment was promptly sent to us and arrived in great shape. They were fresh and hot as I had ordered!”
