“We were so excited to receive our chile last week! We ordered them fresh so that we could roast some and make hot sauce out of some of the fresh ones. We tried the hot sauce (simple vinegar, chile and garlic) last night on pizza and it was fantastic! The chiles have the right amount of heat for us--spicy, but not so much that we can't enjoy the tasty Hatch flavor. We'll be ordering again!”

“I was born and raised in Albuquerque New Mexico, I just recently moved to Austin Texas. They sell green chili here by the singles but it’s nothing like New Mexico chili. I didn’t want to miss out so I’m soooooo great full you deliver. Now I can show these Texans what chili is all about and they can start ordering it to. Your awesome”

“These are incredible. Deep earthy flavor, spicy, flavorful, excellent. Love these in Chile Verde, over eggs or with brats. The delivery company delivered these a day late, creating more than average spoilage. They made it right and very quickly, providing more than expected. Great customer service, I am Hatch Chile Store for life.”

“The box of chile I received (25 pounds) had about 20 rotted peppers in it that had to be thrown away. I live in Wisconsin but paid for two day shipping as required so I’m not sure what happened. Other than that the chile met my expectations. It was hot and tastes great!”
