“It is hard to find green Chile where I live that is not canned. Then, one day, I accidentally found The Hatch Green Chile store online, and seen their variety of Green Chile. I ordered 4lb, and when it arrived, I roasted them up in my charcoal grill, and brought them into the house. I had the house smelling like my grandma's house did when I was a kid. She made Green Chile at every family gathering, and I would eat way to much. No matter how much I sweat, or how bad my mouth burned, I could not stop. This brought back great childhood memories, and the Green Chile was exactly what I expected, hot, and flavorful. This weekend, 8/19/2017, I am going to make an omelette, smothered in Green Chile. I am drooling as we speak! Mmmmmmmmmm, mmmmmmm, can't wait!”

“We roasted, processed, had some with supper. It was superb. Hatch chile still the best the hotter the better. Will more tha likely order more before the season ends. You get five stars plus. Thank you.”

“Wow, what can I say. Being from IL I e never cooked with hatch but had heard a ton about it. I've never ordered food in a box so at first was a little concerned that the peppers were shipped ina box but that concern all went away soon. Found a green chili chicken stew on seriouseats that seemed destined for hatch. Followed the recipe and holy cow. What depth from the chilis! Will buy again!!”

“Though the shipment was delayed due to weather, our chiles arrived quickly and in very great shape. I'm super-pleased with the Sandias. I like heat and they have it!”
