“Wasn't as spicy as it usually is. My mother ordered from you last year and it was great. I'm thinking maybe I ordered too early in the year. I should have got xxxxx hot.”

Hi, there's no difference in heat from week to week. Were you de-veining the chile by chance? Our hot is running VERY hot this year.
