“Wasn't as spicy as it usually is. My mother ordered from you last year and it was great. I'm thinking maybe I ordered too early in the year. I should have got xxxxx hot.”

Hi, there's no difference in heat from week to week. Were you de-veining the chile by chance? Our hot is running VERY hot this year.

“The Sandia Green Chile is just the right level of Hot, where you can still enjoy the taste of your meal.”

“In every profession, there are some individuals who are exceptionally gifted and talented and their levels of achievement are consistently at the highest level, and these individuals are identified as our “superstars”. Preston Mitchell is one of the exceptional green Chile farmers, and he exemplifies the true definition of loyalty, dedication, and professionalism. Every time I have called him polite courteous, and helpful with my orders. I have been buying the hot green chile and love it. You can’t buy chile like this in California. I now ready to try some of the salsa’s. Bob California”
