“These have more heat than the Big Jim, but less than Lumbre. They are probably about right for my taste. I just made three batches of green chile sauce and can't wait for 2017.”

“Finally the third batch was exactly what I remember green chile is supposed to taste like! I'm happy now and I'll know what type to order for now on. The Sandia is the best flavor and perfect heat. I love it so much. I could eat it every day, which I did when I lived in NM. Value for the price is fantastic. We got some in a jar in Key West a few weeks ago, it is killer hot, but very good too. So glad I found your site to order from. Thank you from Florida Theresa Brooks”

“These peppers hit a homerun. They were ordered as a gift and were perfect when delivered. Unfortunately, they didn't last long because the recipient of this gift couldn't stop eating them! He is now a "chili pepper snob" and compares any hot peppers to the Hatch Green Chili. They were excellent and a good value for the cost. I will be sure to order again in the future.”

“Even appreciate free shipping it took 7days for delivery half of my chili were turning red and getting mold but the ones that made it great flavor”

“After reading mixed reviews on heat I decided to go with HOT just in case. Next time I'll order the X-HOT because this batch didn't even give me 'Gringo Butt'! Regardless, it's good to have them back in my freezer! :)”
